Ameriquest Mortgage Co., a leading national mortgage lender and official marketing partner with NHRA, has been named title sponsor of the second of two NHRA POWERade Drag Racing Series events contested at Route 66 Raceway. The Ameriquest Mortgage NHRA Nationals will be held Sept. 29-Oct. 2 at the Chicago dragstrip. The $1.8 million race, which will be televised on ESPN2, is the 21st of 23 events in the $50 million NHRA POWERade Drag Racing Series. It is the first NHRA national event title sponsorship for Ameriquest Mortgage, which recently was named an official marketing partner of NHRA.
